For over 40 years he mailed and posted hand typed copies of LONG diatribes of conspiracy theories and vulgar attacks of lesser known public figures. In the 80's, a NY disc jockey recorded himself dramatically reading several of his rants, and they went "pre internet Viral" (bootleg tape cassettes) STRANGELY ENOUGH! more recently, a fan deep dove into the legal procession history of Francis, and in the 50s it appears he WAS the victim of a (technically) GOV. CONSPIRACY! not a cool one like MKULTRA, or any of the bizarre stuff he talks about, but a simple corrupt court had him charged with fraud and disbarred... THEN he lost his mind. A fascinating individual, and "YOUR ONLY HOPE FOR A FUTURE!"
